| The legends are true. Lord Odin and the Norse gods of old are returned, reigning unchallenged in the lofty, mist-covered mountains of Illenmark. 'Ware the Bridge Bifrost, for travellers have been known to lose their way and themselves in its ice-enshrouded paths.

| Search ye for Heimdall, God of Light, who guards the Bridge Bifrost and enter the realm of Great Odin. Let ill will be purged from thy heart, lest thee become ensnared in the snowy and ice-enshrouded paths of the Bridge, for many who have tried to walk their chill paths now reside only in the memories of the living. The Lord Odin holds his court far beyond the mortal realm where the strike of his son's thunder or of his great hammer will not destroy the communities of peasants and serfs the gods rule over. Legends tell of great warriors who have asceneded to Valhalla, there to meet Thor, god of war and Tyr, god of justice. Beyond this bit of myth, little is known, for the gods keep largely to themselves. Should you venture into the heart of Lord Odin's court, be sure to come back and relate to us the tales of grandeur and the beauty of Valhalla, home of the Valkyries.
